Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement maintenance strategies, plans, and schedules for efficient operation of facilities, equipment, and systems.
  • •Oversee maintenance technicians by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance to ensure timely work completion.
  • •Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement across facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • •Coordinate with other departments, vendors, and contractors to schedule repairs, installations, and upgrades while minimizing downtime.
  • •Manage the maintenance budget and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, company policies, and HSE/environmental requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of facilities and maintenance activities and equipment, including electrical principles and diagnosing electrical/mechanical malfunctions.
  • •Experience overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, interpreting wiring diagrams and engineering specifications, and directing routine installation/maintenance work.
  • •ERP knowledge—SAP functional skills preferred and treated as required for success in the role.
