Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary escalation point for critical security alerts, performing deep-dive DFIR investigations and directing incident response activities.
  • •Lead SecOps projects from inception to execution, ensuring implementation and ongoing maintenance.
  • •Mentor a team of SecOps experts by providing technical guidance in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Research and leverage security telemetry and existing security solutions to improve triage and automated response.
  • •Perform hands-on forensic investigations (log reviews, cloud investigations, root-cause analysis) and produce incident analysis reports with gaps and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing incident response/SOC activities, escalating incidents, and producing incident reports.
  • •Experience running the end-to-end lifecycle of security incidents in a global 24/7 production environment.
  • •Ability to develop and maintain runbooks for frequent or critical incident types.
  • •Hands-on coding/scripting for security automation (Python, Bash, etc.) with production-grade code fundamentals.
  • •Strong knowledge of attack/mitigation methods in Cloud and SaaS environments, including host-based forensics and OS artifact analysis (Windows/Linux/Unix, macOS preferred).
