Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center and plan production for a full working shift.
  • •Fully manage facilities to meet or exceed production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Identify bottlenecks affecting site throughput and efficiency; conduct root cause analysis and develop and execute action plans with the site leadership team.
  • •Conduct weekly site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership, reporting performance versus targets and countermeasures.
  • •Guide daily site manager huddles, support continuous improvement project execution, and help develop Reconditioning Lead and Manager talent.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to lead a team of over 50 associates and develop employees.
  • •Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis.
  • •Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
