Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the site maintenance planning and scheduling team to prioritize, plan, and execute work with quality and efficiency.
  • •Develop and continuously improve planning and scheduling processes for preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance.
  • •Establish planning standards for job scoping, labor/material estimates, tools/permits, sequencing, and work package quality.
  • •Drive weekly and daily scheduling routines with operations and maintenance teams to balance production needs, asset risk, and available resources.
  • •Oversee major shutdowns/turnarounds/outages, including scope development, critical path coordination, contractor planning, and post-outage review.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, maintenance management, or a related technical field (equivalent industrial experience considered).
  • •Typically 7–10 years of progressive maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing or similarly asset-intensive operations.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, shutdown coordination, or reliability management.
  • •Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance practices in a production environment.
  • •Proficiency with CMMS platforms (e.g., ORACLE, SAP PM, IBM Maximo) and experience with preventive/predictive maintenance and failure analysis.
