Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and deliver high-performance AI features to help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data and tools.
  • •Rapid experimentation and iteration: prototype, test, and validate with real users, shipping and evolving LLm- or agent-powered workflows for incident lifecycle management and automated analysis tasks.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with data analysts, product managers, and designers to shape AI-driven product features, including integration of agentic components with internal tools, alerting systems, and runbooks.
  • •Utilize AI tools to enhance both product functionality and development workflows, while maintaining quality standards.
  • •Take full ownership of AI solutions from design through deployment and maintenance, ensuring scalability and real-world usability.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
  • •Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • •Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
  • •Strong software engineering background (backend and/or full-stack) with a proven ability to ship features quickly.
  • •Familiarity with AI tooling and developing scalable AI features.
