Key Responsibilities

•Build and deliver high-performance AI features to help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data and tools.
•Rapid experimentation and iteration: prototype, test, and validate with real users, shipping and evolving LLm- or agent-powered workflows for incident lifecycle management and automated analysis tasks.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with data analysts, product managers, and designers to shape AI-driven product features, including integration of agentic components with internal tools, alerting systems, and runbooks.
•Utilize AI tools to enhance both product functionality and development workflows, while maintaining quality standards.
•Take full ownership of AI solutions from design through deployment and maintenance, ensuring scalability and real-world usability.

Key Requirements

•Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
•Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
•Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
•Strong software engineering background (backend and/or full-stack) with a proven ability to ship features quickly.
•Familiarity with AI tooling and developing scalable AI features.
