Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare supplies and PPE before daily patient care.
  • •Use mobile technology to access schedules and commute to patient homes.
  • •Connect with patients, collect relevant information, and perform home-based services including phlebotomy and specimen collection.
  • •Ensure collected samples are properly labeled and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
  • •Deliver patient-centric, low acuity diagnostic services (including screenings/exams such as diabetic retina imaging and ECGs) in a comfortable manner.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 28 hourly

  • •Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion to provide high-quality services.
  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and the ability to operate autonomously with a focus on exceptional quality.
  • •Technologically savvy with comfort using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where state licensure isn’t required.
  • •Basic Life Support certification and a valid Driver’s License with current vehicle insurance.
