Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and enforce security protocols that prioritize guest safety while maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • •Lead and develop a high-performing security team through recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • •Direct safety and security programs including inspections, drills, incident documentation, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Oversee investigations, analysis, and reporting of security incidents, accidents, and near-misses; coordinate with Engineering on safety/security maintenance issues.
  • •Manage security strategy and operations using data analysis and reporting; analyze labor/vendor/procurement data and oversee third-party security agency and vendor contracts.

Key Requirements

  • •Security management, emergency management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of progressive security leadership experience, preferably in hospitality/hotels.
  • •Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification; alcohol awareness certification preferred.
  • •Experience managing multi-shift operations in a 24/7 environment.
  • •Experience with MS Office applications and Outlook required.
