Radisson Security Manager

Lead security operations for a Radisson hotel, safeguarding guests, employees, and assets while building a culture of safety, trust, and excellence. Partner with the Assistant General Manager and cross-functional teams to execute an intelligence-driven security strategy, improve guest experience through security protocols and metrics, manage multi-shift security teams, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Drive risk management, incident investigations, vendor contract oversight, and clear reporting to senior leadership.
