Job Summary

Drive store sales and adidas profit targets by inspiring, serving, and selling to consumers while executing store operations. Engage customers entering the store, support KPI awareness, deliver the CONNECT-ENGAGE-INSPIRE service standards, and act as a brand advocate. Use seasonal product and brand knowledge, communicate features and benefits, and connect customers to relevant digital and omnichannel tools for a seamless experience, including cash desk add-on sales and merchandise replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

•Actively connect and engage with consumers entering the store.
•Contribute to store sales by being aware of KPIs and improving the consumer experience using CONNECT-ENGAGE-INSPIRE service standards.
•Execute store operations, including processing merchandise deliveries, replenishing merchandising fixtures, and maintaining a clean, easy-to-shop environment through visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
•Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately while following cash protection procedures and using selling expertise to drive add-on sales and customer loyalty.
•Stay up to date via adidas digital communication channels and apply store policies, procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines.

Key Requirements

•Preferably 1–2 months working in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment.
•Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
•Fluency in Polish and English.
•Adapt service approach while serving multiple consumers simultaneously.
•Actively seek and use brand and product knowledge to sell.
