Key Responsibilities

•Enhance the user experience of our AI-driven data products by analyzing feedback and data to identify pain points and improvements in interactions with models.
•Collaborate with customer support to address user issues related to data products and provide insights to improve user satisfaction.
•Establish and maintain a feedback loop with users to gather insights and refine AI model performance.
•Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to help users understand and effectively utilize our data products.
•Monitor the real-time performance of AI models to ensure quality and alignment with user needs.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts, metrics, data models, and visualization best practices.
•Knowledge of Customer Experience concepts, metrics, standard processes, and best practices.
•Experience or familiarity with Databricks, data analytics environments, and programming in SQL or Python for analytical autonomy.
•Ability to work in close partnership with Product Managers and business stakeholders.
•Advanced English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate data into clear business narratives.
