Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead ~20 engineers and SDETs, including 1:1s, coaching, feedback, hiring coordination, onboarding, and performance management.
  • •Ensure delivery execution through sprint accountability, capacity planning, alignment with Product Owner, and handling major escalations.
  • •Track engineering delivery metrics (velocity, uptime, bug counts, deployment frequency) and report progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • •Provide technical leadership via architecture and design reviews, promoting testing, code review, documentation, and CI/CD best practices.
  • •Identify and implement AI-enabled leverage in engineering workflows, design and deliver AI-enabled solutions, and run training and demo sessions for the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • •10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3-5 years leading engineering teams.
  • •Proven track record delivering high-impact software products while working hands-on with engineers when needed.
  • •Experience managing teams of this size directly and developing engineers into first-line leaders.
  • •Strong understanding of modern software architecture, distributed systems, and the SDLC including CI/CD and testing methodologies.
