Job Summary

Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles for the Retail Aftersales team in the UAE using advanced diagnostic tools and the Fix It Right process. Perform advanced vehicle diagnosis and general repairs, periodic maintenance, accessory fitment, and support road testing and technical reporting. Create electronic warranty approval requests in the Dealer Management System, maintain 5S/health and safety compliance and quality standards, and coach technicians while ensuring proper tool care and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out advanced vehicle diagnosis, general repairs, periodic maintenance, advanced general repairs, and accessory fitment per repair manuals and OEM standards.
•Use diagnostic equipment and technical resources to identify faults accurately and complete repairs in line with the Fix It Right process.
•Achieve productivity, utilization, and sold-hours targets set by the business.
•Support the Technical Advisor with advanced general repair cases across hybrid, petrol, diesel, and hydrogen-powered vehicles.
•Create Electronic Warranty Approval Requests in the Dealer Management System and maintain compliance with 5S, health and safety, quality control, and Electronic Vehicle Check reporting.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of experience as a Diagnostic Technician in a retail automotive environment.
•Strong technical diagnosis and mechanical repair capability for advanced general repairs.
•Advanced knowledge of diagnostic tools, repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and vehicle systems, with ability to write clear technical reports.
•Certified Technician qualification; diploma/technical certification, ITI, Industrial Training Institute NCVT, or ITC qualification.
•Valid UAE driving license required.
