Job Summary

Provide best-in-class hospitality for Topgolf guests by keeping bays clean and guest-ready, welcoming visitors, and guiding them through safety rules, bay features, and game demos. Engage with guests throughout their visit, offer food and beverages, recommend premium menu items to enhance experience and revenue, and ensure responsible alcohol service and venue health & safety. Support daily meetings, relay feedback to Hospitality Managers, and handle cash/credit cards carefully.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure bays are clean and ready for guests.
•Welcome guests immediately and help them understand and enjoy the game, including safety rules and bay features.
•Engage with guests throughout their visits and facilitate a memorable Topgolf experience.
•Offer food and beverages, suggest premium menu items, and maximize revenue while handling cash and credit cards efficiently.
•Follow health & safety procedures, report hazards immediately, attend daily pre-shift and department meetings, and relay feedback to Hospitality Managers.

•Adhere to service standards including timeliness, quality, accuracy, and sanitation.
•Greet guests in a friendly, approachable manner and ensure they are well cared for at all times.
•Assist guests in understanding and enjoying the game, including safety rules, bay features, and the game demo.
•Maintain a smart, professional appearance and follow company dress standards and hygiene expectations.
•Observe responsible alcohol service rules and follow health & safety procedures to prevent accidents or injury.
