Job Summary

Design web-based experiences for the Customer Growth team, driving high-impact website redesigns, experimentation, and top-of-funnel optimization. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, SEO, Brand, and Analytics to translate strategy into polished, responsive UI across desktop and mobile. Lead key in-flight projects, identify A/B testing opportunities, and use storytelling, visuals, and prototyping to validate ideas and improve conversion.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high-quality, responsive designs across desktop and mobile web using contemporary interaction and visual design best practices.
•Own design for key in-flight Customer Growth initiatives, focusing on high-traffic web experiences and optimization efforts.
•Identify and execute opportunities for A/B testing and conversion improvements in collaboration with data science and engineering.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, SEO, and Brand to translate strategy into user experiences.
•Use prototyping tools to communicate ideas, validate hypotheses, and refine interaction flows.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing web work.
•Strong interaction design fundamentals with high-touch visual design for polished interfaces.
•Expertise in responsive web design and mobile web interaction patterns.
•Experience with lifecycle marketing, SEO, and performance-driven design strategies.
•Experience driving growth through experimentation, A/B testing, and optimization, including large-scale website redesigns.
