Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery end to end for a complex AI product initiative, maintaining scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Run discovery with clients and internal teams and translate needs into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Break down complex work, sequence priorities, unblock teams, and ensure week-over-week momentum.
  • •Facilitate client working sessions, status updates, and milestone reviews with enterprise financial services clients.
  • •Partner with Engineering and Design to clarify intent, make delivery tradeoffs, and keep execution tight.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of project management experience delivering software products, including end-to-end delivery ownership.
  • •Strong background in financial services (e.g., asset management, banking, insurance) or other regulated enterprise workflows.
  • •Proven ability to gather requirements and turn ambiguity into clear, actionable plans (PRDs, stories, acceptance criteria).
  • •Track record of shipping complex products with multiple stakeholders and keeping delivery on schedule.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain complex topics clearly in fast-moving environments.
