•Lead the end-to-end sourcing process for high-impact roles, including identifying, engaging, and delivering talent (excluding final offer extensions).
•Develop targeted sourcing strategies with hiring managers and recruiters across English- and Chinese-speaking regions, including proactive headhunting and negotiation during candidate conversations.
•Conduct outreach, pre-screening, and interviews to evaluate candidate fit, and summarize candidate profiles for hiring teams.
•Manage the sourcing lifecycle using structure and organization: review queues, schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

•Fluency in English and Mandarin for frequent communication with global teams and Chinese-speaking markets.
•Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
•Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
