Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with store leadership to ensure the store adheres to safety and environmental policies and procedures.
  • •Provide new-hire onboarding and mentoring during the onboarding process.
  • •Drive employee engagement and safety performance through education and training.
  • •Follow safety policies and procedures and lead by example while ensuring safety procedures are communicated and implemented at the store level.
  • •Prepare safety reports for the Regional Director and administrative office, and assist store leadership with administrative and safety tasks.
