•Identify high-impact AI use cases that unlock customer value or operational efficiency.
•Collaborate with leadership to align AI initiatives with Razorpay’s product and business strategy.
•Design and build productivity tools that reduce repetitive work and time-to-completion.
•Create intelligent AI agents that understand context, make decisions, and take actions across platforms and data sources.
•Partner across Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, and Compliance/Risk/Legal to deliver compliant AI workflows and integrations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, or related technical field) with minimum 5 years of product management experience.
•Hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions using no-code platforms (Replit, Lovable, Cursor) and automation tools (n8n, Zapier) with practical knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort in rapid prototyping and iterative development.
