Job Summary

Lead modeling and simulation efforts for refrigeration systems, aligning with the product development process to deliver high-quality analysis and actionable design recommendations. Define and drive a technical roadmap for 1D system simulation applications, refine mathematical models and control logic, and integrate simulation with experimental validation to improve prediction accuracy. Standardize and automate simulation workflows, monitor industry trends and competitor technologies, and provide technical leadership and mentoring across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead modeling and simulation activities to provide system analysis, identify risks, and recommend designs.
•Define and drive the technical roadmap for 1D system simulation applications, improving simulation capability with new technologies and methodologies.
•Develop, review, and refine component mathematical models, system architectures, and unit control logic for accurate functional implementation.
•Integrate simulation with experimental validation by calibrating models with test data and improving prediction accuracy.
•Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams and mentor engineers in modeling and simulation best practices.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree or above.
•Educational background or work experience in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or related fields.
•Over 5 years of experience in model development and applications.
•Proficiency in Python, C++, C#, Modelica, and Matlab.
•Good communication skills in both Chinese and English (written and spoken), with strong analytical and collaboration skills.
