Key Responsibilities

  • •Map end-to-end internal workflows with stakeholders before touching AI, identifying where AI can reduce friction.
  • •Build and manage a portfolio of internal AI tools, agentic workflows, and prompt-based copilots to solve discrete, measurable problems and reach production.
  • •Audit existing AI capabilities already built into purchased tools before standing up new solutions.
  • •Extend the shared AI platform and agent infrastructure to new use cases instead of creating parallel stacks.
  • •Define success metrics, instrument usage, track adoption, and drive enablement through workshops, onboarding, and coaching while monitoring post-launch outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in product management, product operations, AI enablement, or a closely related role with PM-level ownership of scope, requirements, delivery, and metrics.
  • •Hands-on experience with frontier AI CLIs and coding tools, including Codex, Claude Code, Anti-Gravity, and/or SuperGrok (portfolio/builds required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to build agentic systems that solve a discrete, measurable problem (not demos).
  • •Fluency in context engineering and ontology design, with the ability to apply concepts in practice.
  • •Conceptual command of test-driven development and eval-driven development for AI systems, including why evals matter and how to define them.
