Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM Onpremise solutions within the Service Module, ensuring timely, high-quality execution
•Manage and mentor technical teams, enforcing coding standards and best practices
•Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
•Oversee D365 CRM customization (entities, attributes, business rules, workflows, plugins)
•Provide technical direction for API development and system integrations using C# Web APIs and RESTful services

Key Requirements

•2+ years in a working Dynamics CRM role
•2+ years of developing C#.NET, Web Services, or SSIS packages
•Strong proficiency in C# for plugins, workflows, and server-side logic
•Familiarity with Dynamics Service Module and service management features
•Experience with CRM data migrations tools (KingswaySoft or SSIS) and CI/CD practices
