Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and obtain approval for the MEP contract baseline programme and prepare engineering registers aligned to it.
  • •Monitor engineering submission progress, highlight schedule variances, and provide short-term look-ahead plans to engineering and project teams.
  • •Prepare and maintain procurement registers, track procurement activities, and coordinate with vendors and specialist subcontractors to manage delivery.
  • •Update project schedules, conduct look-ahead planning, coordinate weekly progress meetings, and attend client/main contractor progress reviews.
  • •Identify variations and delay events, prepare delay analyses, issue contractual delay notifications, and support Extension of Time (EOT) submissions while ensuring milestone compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6.
  • •Good knowledge of construction contracts, including FIDIC conditions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • •Excellent communication skills with technical report writing and correspondence abilities.
  • •12–15 years of experience in planning and project controls for MEP projects.
