Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor in the Key Private Client Program, owning the end-to-end client relationship using a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Build referral pipelines, prospect consistently, and deliver customized recommendations by referring investment and insurance solutions. Open and support consumer and business accounts, partner with branch and line-of-business teams, maintain detailed client interaction documentation, and assist with teller transactions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver customized financial wellness recommendations and refer appropriate investment and insurance products based on client conversations and needs.
•Build and document a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence and prospecting consistently.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to support meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Open and service personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support branch operations on the Teller line as needed and assist with branch huddles/debriefs, including Saturday work as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•Develop current and new customer relationships to achieve sales goals and build referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Use foundational sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Demonstrate interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
•Leverage centers of influence and influence business partners such as Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking sales professionals.
•Have working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
