Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of warehouse infrastructure and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and fire protection.
  • •Maintain high uptime of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, dock levelers, pallet trucks) by resolving breakdowns within defined TAT.
  • •Conduct RCA and implement corrective/preventive actions; maintain maintenance logs and service records.
  • •Maintain asset register and AMC documentation; monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely sourcing.
