Own bid phase governance for assigned opportunities, leading the planning and execution across the full bid cycle. Define and tailor the bid process, manage approvals at delegated authority levels, and support required security/export approvals. Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary bid team, keeping stakeholders and business leadership informed with timely escalations. Coordinate costing and pricing activities as an independent challenger, ensuring compliance and a focused “price to win” strategy.
