Key Responsibilities

  • •Define production requirements and assembly-process specifications with R&D and NPI teams.
  • •Develop and deliver training programs for CM operators and engineers.
  • •Develop and maintain process and assembly tools for manufacturing.
  • •Perform RCA for device failure modes with significant failure rates.
  • •Propose and lead process improvement activities, including review/update of PFMEA and expansion capital bring-up/install.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 5+ years of process experience in designing and manufacturing optical component assembly.
  • •Strong understanding of optical device principles and theory (e.g., lasers, modulators, detectors, and optical sub-assemblies).
  • •Strong knowledge and experience of production processes for manufacturing optical components.
  • •Hands-on experience with a FiconTec machine.
  • •Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong written and oral communication (English and Thai).
