  • •Deliver physical characterization data to engineering teams, support DOE evaluations and design/process improvements, and develop robust lab workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.

  • •8+ years of relevant, hands-on failure analysis experience in semiconductor integrated circuits and advanced packaging/assembly processes.
