Key Responsibilities

•Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technology platforms across Credit & Insurance, including proprietary front-office systems and integrated vendor solutions.
•Translate business requirements from traders, portfolio managers, and risk teams into well-defined product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Collaborate with engineering and vendor teams to manage sprint cycles, track deliverables, and proactively address blockers.
•Build and maintain product roadmap artifacts across product verticals, ensuring alignment with the broader Credit technology strategy.
•Support and contribute to platform and vendor evaluation processes, including requirements definition, vendor demos, structured scoring, and recommendation materials, across areas such as investment data infrastructure, OMS/EMS platforms, and risk tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
•2-5 years of relevant experience in product management, technology implementation, or financial services
•Familiarity with front-office workflows, including trading, portfolio management, or risk processes in credit or fixed income markets
•Demonstrated ability to write structured requirements, manage backlogs, and collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile or iterative delivery model
•Strong analytical and data skills; experience with Excel, SQL, Jira, or Confluence
