Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise and styling advice, drive sales via cross-selling and upselling, and meet personal and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, inventory cycles, visual merchandising, and asset protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador while following Coach style and service standards.
•Build personalized client relationships using product expertise and fashion advice; source and follow up with new customers to close sales.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations and inventory cycles, including cash wrap, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing, and maintaining stockroom/floor organization and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
