Manager, Operations Management ( 2nd shift )

Supervise and lead a production team on the 2nd shift, assigning work, setting priorities, and providing technical and managerial leadership. Own daily crossovers and production scheduling based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials. Drive Lean, Safety, and Quality; lead operational and milestone meetings; track performance metrics and address operations issues that affect customer satisfaction, costs, and compliance.
