Job Summary

Partner with plant leadership to align HR initiatives with operational and production needs at a cement plant. Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for technical and operational roles, support workforce planning, and identify training needs with L&D. Drive performance management cycles, advise on employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and safety regulations. Monitor HR KPIs and deliver data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
•5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar strategic role.
•Strong knowledge of HR practices including talent management, employee relations, performance, and C&B.
•Solid understanding of local labor legislation and employment regulations.
•Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and advanced Excel skills.
