Job Summary

Own the day-to-day performance of Bellhop’s inbound, phone/text sales team. You’ll manage and coach a remote/onshore/offshore group of agents, build and refine sales scripts, and enforce outreach and follow-up discipline across CRM and calling/texting tools. Lead daily quality monitoring, maintain CRM lead hygiene, and track funnel conversion and lead-response SLAs. Partner with marketing and product to improve lead quality and web booking flow conversion.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and coach a remote/onshore/offshore sales team handling inbound leads and outbound follow-up for local and long-distance moves.
•Determine the right agent team size and structure to meet performance standards as volume and goals change.
•Build and continually sharpen sales scripts, including objection handling, competitive positioning, value building, and pain discovery.
•Set and enforce outreach cadence and follow-up discipline in CRM and calling/texting platforms, including fast lead-response SLAs.
•Run daily quality monitoring, coach agents 1:1, maintain lead hygiene in the CRM, and report conversion and funnel metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience managing a remote and/or offshore sales or call center team.
•A track record of improving conversion in a phone- and text-based sales environment.
•Strong sales fundamentals for coaching agents across a funnel.
•Comfortable building and refining sales scripts (objection handling, competitive positioning, value building, pain discovery).
•Hands-on, data-driven approach that can operate without heavy management layers.
