Support end-to-end recruitment for AI Data Service and Operations across EMEA, partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to build talent acquisition strategies by geography. Track recruitment quality and efficiency, prepare HR presentations and insights, and help refine SOPs and best practices to increase hiring output while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

•Understand hiring needs and partner with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies across geographies.
•Develop efficient hiring processes and deliver a high-touch candidate experience aligned to hiring goals.
•Manage end-to-end recruiting full cycle including sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer closing, and onboarding.
•Collaborate with country and business unit leaders and local operation teams to apply local best practices.
•Create SOPs and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•In-house or agency full-cycle recruiting experience.
•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
•Self-starter with a results-driven, resourceful, innovative mindset and initiative.
•Fluency in English and Mandarin for interaction with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
