Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand hiring needs and partner with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies across geographies.
  • •Develop efficient hiring processes and deliver a high-touch candidate experience aligned to hiring goals.
  • •Manage end-to-end recruiting full cycle including sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer closing, and onboarding.
  • •Collaborate with country and business unit leaders and local operation teams to apply local best practices.
  • •Create SOPs and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •In-house or agency full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • •Self-starter with a results-driven, resourceful, innovative mindset and initiative.
  • •Fluency in English and Mandarin for interaction with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
