Own the product vision and roadmap for a unified fleet and lifecycle management platform that gives customers visibility and control over observability agents and OpenTelemetry collectors across hosts and Kubernetes. Partner across engineering, design, and stakeholders to define what “managed” means per component, sequence phased expansion based on value and complexity, and deliver a coherent platform experience across UI, API, and MCP for human operators and AI agents.

•Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for a unified fleet and lifecycle management platform across product lines and deployment models.
•Define what “managed” means for each new software component and balance consistency with operational realities.
•Drive phased expansion by sequencing components based on customer value, technical complexity, and dependency readiness.
•Partner with engineering leads to align on shared architecture principles supporting disparate components.
•Represent the voice of the customer for both human operators and AI agents/automated tooling, and build the business case with success metrics.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience owning complex, technical, platform-level products.

•Ability to build product direction across multiple engineering teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
•Comfort operating in ambiguity by defining scope and sequencing capabilities that deliver value incrementally.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
