Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop advanced training modules and educational materials to strengthen clinical user skills and support onboarding and ongoing professional development.
  • •Train and support end-users with clear, pedagogical communication, including technical support and educational resources.
  • •Document application deployments rigorously and produce detailed reports to ensure accuracy/completeness and support project steering and regulatory requirements.
  • •Configure and adapt Philips clinical applications to client-specific needs and operational environment complexity to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and procedures throughout post-commercialization and deployment phases, with limited supervision, and analyze care pathways/workflows to identify improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (Bac+3) or Master’s (Bac+5) degree in business administration, marketing, sales management, or an equivalent field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience (with a Bac+3/License) or minimum 1 year of experience (with a Bac+5/Master) in areas such as clinical applications, commercial development, sales of clinical solutions, sales support, or equivalent.
  • •Commercial presentation and argumentation skills.
  • •Regulatory compliance capability.
  • •Ability to analyze and interpret data.
