Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical, business, and integration leadership to engineering projects.
  • •Manage scope and changes to project baselines, including proposal development and engineering execution support (activities, resources, tasks).
  • •Develop and manage Statement of Work (SOW) and Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW).
  • •Define plans for risk mitigation and opportunities, and develop high-level features based on stakeholder priorities and recommended architectural changes.
  • •Manage product release schedules and assure team outputs meet program priorities with technical integrity and cost/schedule targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related fields (or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement).

  • •3+ years of experience in developing System Requirements and Statement of Work (SOW), plus 3+ years in System Engineering.
  • •Experience developing technical proposals and estimates, and developing and tracking program plans/schedules and budgets for technical projects.
