Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own Forge Portal product strategy and roadmap, including point of view on what, why, and why now.
  • •Build Forge Portal from the ground up—scope the MVP, ship, and iterate using user feedback and business outcomes.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to connect quality, supplier quality, reliability, manufacturing, and supply chain workflows into one operating environment.
  • •Define integration strategy between quality systems and adjacent platforms (MES, ERP, PLM, sustainment) to ensure correct data flows.
  • •Drive prioritization, scope, tradeoff decisions, release planning, and execution quality across a cross-functional engineering team, and drive adoption by internal and external partners.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in product management building enterprise or B2B platforms with high complexity and multiple stakeholders.
  • •Experience building net-new products from vision through MVP to scaled adoption.
  • •Experience integrating with adjacent enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, PLM, sustainment, procurement, or internal data platforms.
  • •Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML and modern tooling to accelerate product development, including prototyping and intelligent workflows.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to align operators, engineers, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
