Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multiple project teams and oversee electrical hardware design and development for complex products, solutions, and platforms.
  • •Run part qualification activities using product quality plans, equipment inspections, factory witness testing, and manufacturing process qualifications.
  • •Review designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines, providing feedback to improve product quality.
  • •Identify trends and opportunities to optimize product output, enhance quality, and reduce cost of delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) or equivalent demonstrated competence.

  • •Strong hardware design leadership, including hardware architecture, schematic capture, and systems design.
  • •Experience with product development for complex electrical/electronic products, solutions, and platforms.
