Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver revenue and asset/liability targets from an existing client portfolio and acquire new clients in a compliant manner.
  • •Assist with strategic growth targets and cross-sell initiatives to achieve portfolio returns and expand banking wallets.
  • •Monitor and screen the portfolio for early warning signals and take corrective actions; complete annual reviews on time.
  • •Ensure FCC compliance, implement audit and regulatory recommendations, and constantly monitor/review the assigned portfolio.
  • •Mentor ARMs and liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Risk and operations teams) to service corporate customers and capture wallet opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •CA/MBA with at least 5 years of experience in client management and corporate banking.
  • •Knowledge of credit and lending, trade and treasury products, key market sectors, local regulatory environment, and financial analysis.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Ability to work with fast turnarounds, tight deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • •Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage; complete required Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and assessment.
