Job Summary

Lead and track strategic operational programs that improve Sales, Sales Development, and Channel Partnership execution toward revenue and customer health goals. Optimize revenue processes through automation, technology, and strong data integrity across systems. Build dashboards and reporting for KPIs, use analytics to identify customer behavior and at-risk accounts, and collaborate with stakeholders to remove bottlenecks and implement scalable, repeatable workflows. Report to the VP of Revenue Operations.

•Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and operational metrics.
