Job Summary

Join Reckitt as Site Services Technician in Nottingham to maintain and repair plant and equipment across the site, ensuring performance is safe, reliable and in line with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). Monitor efficiency, lead proactive maintenance, and collaborate with the maintenance team, Site Services leadership, and external contractors to meet safety, quality and cost targets while supporting manufacturing excellence.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Provide the right level of support to the factory, this could mean providing 24/5 working with out of hours call out rota flexibility to cover 24/2 weekends, factory shutdowns including. This could move to 24/7 given the right numbers in the team.
•Responsible for all Site Services maintenance activities within their area of responsibility.
•Key points of contact for the Site Services Technician are the Site Services Senior Maintenance Coach and team, Site Services Manager, Maintenance Team Leaders, Asset Care Manager, Product Supply Leaders and Area Team Leaders, and external contractors.
•Has authority to requisition parts and services to an agreed £ limit from the area maintenance revenue budget.
•All items of plant and equipment have an asset number and are maintained to the appropriate standards to ensure their performance is safe, reliable and in accordance with the principles of cGMP.

Key Requirements

•PC literate and ability to navigate through electronic systems e.g., SAP, BMS, EMS.
•Experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing systems.
•An understanding of related controls and instrumentation systems.
•Preferably should have practical experience in operation and maintenance of large multi-purpose facilities ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
•Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing process and cGMP requirements and their criticality to the product quality.
