Senior Observability Architect

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise observability platforms for critical applications and infrastructure. Own end-to-end observability across logs, metrics, traces, and events using Splunk, Dynatrace, Cribl, and OpenTelemetry. Architect telemetry pipelines, drive Splunk/Dynatrace engineering and admin, and develop automation plus observability cost optimization strategies. Provide technical leadership and mentoring while advancing SRE, security, and governance standards.
