•Serve as global relationship lead for a portfolio of crypto-native accounts, building and nurturing multi-level relationships with client executives and internal stakeholders.
•Own end-to-end deal cycles: identify opportunities, structure and negotiate commercial agreements, and oversee execution.
•Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and integrate Visa’s crypto offerings for clients.
•Coordinate with regional teams and Visa crypto product/engineering teams to ensure aligned priorities and seamless execution.
•Stay ahead of market and regulatory trends, provide feedback on roadmap and go-to-market strategy, and represent Visa at industry events as a subject-matter expert.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or 2 years with a PhD.
•9+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 7+ with an advanced degree / 3+ with a PhD).
•Current or former payments or crypto industry experience strongly preferred.
•6+ years in investment, strategy, GTM, product, BD, or sales in the financial sector (or 4+ years with a Master’s degree).
•Proven track record in account management, business development, or sales for complex, multi-stakeholder deals, with deep understanding of blockchain and stablecoins.
