Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and improve process conditions and technology to upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
  • •Set and manage process parameters for semiconductor equipment.
  • •Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment/materials and drive abnormal analysis and improvement.
  • •Lead MXT project work including workstation modeling that accounts for constraints.
  • •Improve throughput and cycle time by identifying bottleneck processes and developing improvement measures, including building/verifying MOR models and proposing improvements via data analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated project management skill and ability to plan and execute improvement actions.
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, especially MaxOut-related processes.
  • •Experience with capacity modeling and simulation, including scenario analysis for capacity planning.
  • •Experience with MAS and the ability to adjust MAS logic and optimize scheduling.
  • •Written and oral communication skills in English and Japanese (TOEIC > 600; JLPT N1 or N2).
