Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end performance and power readiness for assigned Data Center SSD programs from early firmware maturity through customer qualification.
  • •Perform in-depth performance analysis and root-cause debug, identifying risks early and working with firmware, architecture, and system teams on mitigations.
  • •Represent performance perspective in Product Change Request scoping and lead change implementation on the program.
  • •Plan and forecast infrastructure and development needs, ensuring appropriate performance test levels per program phase and customer requirements.
  • •Collaborate across firmware, architecture, systems, QA, and PDT to deliver optimized performance and power, and drive continuous improvement in methods and tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong background in SSD performance and power characterization.
  • •Hands-on experience with data analysis, workload execution, and performance debug.
  • •Solid understanding of firmware–hardware interactions affecting latency, bandwidth, and power.
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly to internal and external partners.
