Key Responsibilities

•Lead NEC contract administration and project management processes to ensure compliance with NEC4 requirements and best practice.
•Act as Project Manager under NEC contracts by issuing instructions, managing early warnings, and maintaining accurate records.
•Work with and lead on-site Supervisors and Quantity Surveyors, ensuring delivery matches the Contract and Works Scope.
•Manage defects, early warnings, and compensation events, producing project control reports and maintaining robust programme management.
•Coordinate with clients and design teams to deliver compliant designs on time and within budget, including commercial forecasting, cost control, and contract-aligned invoicing.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in the Highways/Infrastructure sector with a strong background in NEC contract management.
•Experience managing NEC contract processes, including early warnings, compensation events, and programme updates.
•Knowledge of Construction Design Management (CDM) 2015 and associated duties.
•Strong organisational and communication skills.
•Financial and commercial awareness, including project and resource management; NEC4 accreditation or qualification highly desirable.
