Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled maintenance following detailed SOPs.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures and recover CVD tools from PM.
  • •Monitor daily equipment process and equipment trends, and respond to abnormal signals and interlocks in a timely manner.
  • •Document and communicate material from tool interruptions to the Process team for correct measurement and disposition.
  • •Work with senior personnel and engineers for troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance, and correct/generate SOPs when required.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years prior work experience
  • •Two-year technical degree (or equivalent military experience) OR 2-5 years direct experience
  • •Experience working in semiconductor/high-volume manufacturing facilities
  • •Prior experience working in high-volume fabrication
  • •300mm Endura Producer and/or AMAT experience strongly preferred
