Lead a 70+ person inside sales organization, including 8 managers, reporting directly to the CRO. Own strategy and execution for Direct-to-Merchant new sales, renewals, and win-backs, driving revenue targets and growth KPIs in a fast-paced fintech environment. Partner across Sales Ops, Underwriting, Marketing, and Technology to launch campaigns, optimize the customer journey, and build tools that improve rep efficiency through analytics, process change, and rigorous performance management.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategy for direct sales channels to exceed revenue targets and long-term growth KPIs.
•Partner with the CRO on sales forecasting, initiatives, and real-time performance analysis.
•Lead departmental change and implement new processes while maintaining team buy-in.
•Use analytics to evolve sales processes and design competitive compensation programs.
•Partner cross-functionally (Sales Ops, Underwriting, Marketing, Technology) to launch campaigns and build tools that improve rep efficiency and automation.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years managing managers.
•4+ years managing short-cycle, high-volume inside sales.
•3+ years overseeing a full department or business unit with P&L or heavy quota accountability.
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
•Ability to digest complex data quickly and translate it into actionable sales strategies.
