Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain advanced AV systems, including hardware selection, software configuration, and architectural integration in compliance with AVIXA CTS standards.
  • •Support installation and provide hands-on operational troubleshooting, including testing, commissioning, and calibration for AV equipment and video conferencing systems.
  • •Develop project plans, allocate/manage resources and budgets, track progress with performance metrics, and maintain QA processes to meet client expectations.
  • •Create and manage technical documentation and records (wiring diagrams, equipment specs, installation guides, service/repair/upgrade logs) and run preventative maintenance schedules.
  • •Oversee daily engineering operations, mentor staff, and support contract deliverables such as integration, sustainment, logistics plan management, and proposal/risk mitigation assistance.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 6–9 years (or commensurate) experience.
  • •TS/SCI clearance required.
  • •Must attain AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist certification within 180 days of employment.
  • •Proven technical expertise in AV system design/integration and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in the field.
  • •Demonstrated project management and scheduling proficiency, plus budgeting/cost control and stakeholder/vendor management.
