Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and ship systems that make Sierra’s platform secure by default across privacy, identity, authentication, authorization, and data security
  • •Partner with product and platform teams to implement and evolve trust primitives: identity management, access control, auditability, and data lifecycle management
  • •Build controls to ensure AI agents cannot leak customer data or be manipulated, and design runtime policy enforcement for tool use and safe agent sandboxing
  • •Create developer-friendly tooling to reduce risk and friction, including CI/CD security checks, privacy boundary enforcement, and runtime monitoring for sensitive events
  • •Collaborate across backend services, APIs, and infrastructure to embed security-conscious design into the core product
