Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and/or execute first-line risk programs and business unit risk activities aligned to risk appetite and corporate strategy.
  • •Drive preparation and execution of risk and control updates/refreshes by collecting data from defined desktop procedures.
  • •Develop plans for timely execution of risk management processes with business stakeholders and align on milestones.
  • •Review and document process maps, risks, and controls (including drafting risks and controls to standards) and guide analysts as needed.
  • •Assess control environments to determine effective risk mitigation, oversee meetings, and maintain required RCSA documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of related experience in risk or a similar field.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • •Advanced experience in Compliance, Operations Management, Audit, Risk Management, including risk and control self-assessments and process mapping documentation.
